Wise Personnel Moves Strengthen Executive Team
Wise, a leading trade manufacturer of business forms, labels, and digital printing introduces the following personnel moves to strengthen their executive team and position the company for future growth. Wise is proud to announce Holly Martin as Chief Financial Officer, Chris Kumfer promoted to Fort Wayne General Manager, and Sally Spurr as the Director of Continuous Improvement.
Holly comes to Wise with 27 years of experience in the finance and accounting areas. All those years have been in manufacturing and 20 of those years have been with companies in the paper and packaging industry, such as Georgia Pacific and Mead Westvaco. Her focus will be primarily in two areas: 1) support our efforts to improve our existing operations to add more value for our customers and 2) support our efforts to transform our business with new products and services in the label and packaging industry.
Chris has invested 34 years with Wise starting as Customer Service Representative and then moving to Customer Service Manager and now to General Manager. Chris has a deep understanding of Wise’s values, culture, customers and distribution channels. She will be responsible for leading the Fort Wayne operation, taking care of our customers and continuously improving the operation.
Sally Spurr will become Director of Continuous Improvement for Wise. Sally has led the Fort Wayne operation as its General Manager for the past 15 years. In her new role, Sally will become a resource to support the entire company in lean and process improvement to improve the value Wise delivers to its customers, to nurture the growth of its employees, improve waste and grow productivity. Sally has significant knowledge and experience in implementing lean principles and is a Black Belt in Six Sigma.
